Je werkt aan AI-functionaliteiten waarbij beelden uit de echte wereld worden omgezet in betrouwbare en bruikbare informatie.

De uitdaging zit niet alleen in het trainen of integreren van modellen, maar vooral in het bouwen van computer-visionsystemen die robuust werken buiten een gecontroleerde omgeving. Je combineert moderne AI met klassieke computer vision en werkt aan technische vraagstukken rond beeldinterpretatie, ruimtelijke informatie, nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om technische keuzes te maken, hypotheses te testen en oplossingen van prototype tot productie te brengen.

Gezochte kwalificaties

We zoeken een sterk technisch profiel met ervaring in één of meerdere van onderstaande domeinen. Je hoeft dus niet noodzakelijk elk vakgebied af te dekken.

  • Minstens 3 jaar hands-on ervaring met Python en moderne machine-learningframeworks zoals PyTorch
  • Sterke praktische kennis van computer vision en beeldverwerking
  • Ervaring met deep-learningmodellen voor visuele toepassingen
  • Goede kennis van klassieke computer-visiontechnieken en/of camerageometrie
  • Ervaring met één of meerdere domeinen zoals segmentatie, object detection, image matching, 3D vision, depth estimation, tracking en/of image registration
  • Ervaring met spatial computing, AR, SLAM en/of fotogrammetrie is een sterke plus
  • Ervaring met sensor- en cameradata is een plus
  • Je kunt modellen en algoritmes objectief evalueren, fouten analyseren en systematisch verbeteren
  • Je bent comfortabel met imperfecte real-world data en technische problemen waarvoor nog geen kant-en-klare oplossing bestaat
  • Ervaring met het naar productie brengen van computer-visionmodellen is een plus
