Senior 3D Meettechnicus / Kwaliteitscoördinator Kom in contact Werken bij Edumar Metaalbewerking Bij Edumar Metaalbewerking zoeken we een vakman of vakvrouw die onze meetkamer verder helpt ontwikkelen. Je werkt met moderne meetapparatuur, waaronder onze nieuwe ZEISS SPECTRUM met CALYPSO en een Mitutoyo met MCOSMOS. In deze functie combineer je specialistisch meetwerk met het coördineren van de meetkamer en het verbeteren van onze kwaliteitsprocessen. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig programmeren en uitvoeren van complexe 3D-metingen. - Werken met ZEISS CALYPSO en Mitutoyo MCOSMOS. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de meetkamer. - Ondersteunen van je collega in de meetkamer. - Uitvoeren van eerste-stukcontroles en eindcontroles. - Analyseren van afwijkingen en verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen. - Ondersteunen bij ISO 9001, kwaliteitsrapportages en klantvragen. - Samenwerken met onze CNC-frezers, CNC-draaiers en werkvoorbereiding.
