24-36 uur per week - Je geeft juridisch advies aan collega's op het gebied van algemeen privaatrecht en aanbestedingsrecht. - Je levert met jouw werk een bijdrage aan de ambities van de stad en het daarbij op een verantwoorde manier omgaan met het aanbesteden van werken en diensten. Het belang van de Amsterdammer staat daarbij altijd centraal. - Je werkt samen met zo'n 20 collega-juristen; een diverse, energieke groep mensen met allemaal een warm hart voor de Amsterdammer. In de functie van Senior aanbestedingsjurist geef je juridisch advies in alle facetten van het aanbestedingsrecht aan collega's van de gemeentelijke directies en stadsdelen. Jij werkt met en bij een opdrachtgever. Leuk, want je ziet daardoor veel onderdelen binnen de gemeente. Je spreekt veel collega's en bouwt snel een netwerk op. Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de inkopers van onze leadbuyers. Sommige dossiers op jouw bureau zijn complex en/of politiek zeer gevoelig. Dit schrikt jou niet af, je gaat er gewoon voor en vertrouwt op je kennis. Jij neemt de regie in je werk. De relatie met de opdrachtgever verlies jij hierbij niet uit het oog. Binnen het team werk je samen met je collega's en daardoor leer jij van een collega en collega's van jou. Dit zie je ook tijdens het werkoverleg waar jij zelf actief input levert. Sparren over de inhoud doe je breed binnen het team, maar ook met je buddy of mentor. Daarnaast vragen we van je om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkelingen binnen het Juridisch Bureau. Dat kan bestaan uit meedenken over hoe we de dienstverlening aan de Amsterdammer kunnen verbeteren, hoe technologie (legal tech/AI) ons daarbij kan ondersteunen, verbetervoorstellen doen voor processen, maar ook het zijn van stagebegeleider in ons stageprogramma. Europese aanbestedingstrajecten hebben voor jou geen geheimen meer. Je bent een stevige jurist met oog voor diplomatie en collegiaal handelen.
