Dit bieden we jou - Salaris : € 4.105 tot € 5.862 bruto per maand (schaal 08) bij 36 uur . - Extra's : een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld én 10% Employee Benefit Budget. - Ontwikkelbudget : € 1.400 ontwikkelbudget per jaar voor jouw groei en ontwikkeling. - Hybride werken : balans tussen thuiswerken en kantoor (bij de meeste functies mogelijk). - Pensioen : kies zelf de hoogte van je eigen bijdrage. Je behaalt consistent commerciële en kwalitatieve resultaten die minimaal 20% boven de doelstellingen liggen, terwijl je complexe hypotheekaanvragen zorgvuldig accepteert en duurzame relaties met intermediairs versterkt. Jij & jouw functie Als Senior Hypotheekacceptant Intermediair in regio Midden Nederland ben jij veel meer dan een acceptant. Jij bent de commerciële kartrekker binnen het intermediaire kanaal die kansen ziet, benut en omzet in resultaten. Met jouw diepgaande expertise, ondernemende mindset en focus op klant- en intermediairwaarde realiseer je een aantoonbare bijdrage aan de groei van Rabobank. Je bent een sparringpartner voor intermediairs en accountmanagers, pakt de meest complexe hypotheekaanvragen zelfstandig op en weet snelheid, kwaliteit en risicobeheersing optimaal te combineren. Dankzij jouw commerciële scherpte en vakinhoudelijke expertise maak je het verschil voor onze klanten, intermediairspartners en de bank. Daarnaast ben je een inspirerend voorbeeld binnen het team. Je hebt een duidelijke visie op de toekomst van het hypotheekvak en weet anderen enthousiast te maken voor ontwikkelingen en vernieuwingen.
