As Senior Account Manager Western Europe - Phalaenopsis, you will accelerate growth across Western Europe, open doors with retail and DIY customers, and build sustainable, high-volume partnerships. What are you going to do? As Senior Account Manager Western Europe - Phalaenopsis at JMP Flowers Grupa Producentów Sp. z o.o., you will focus on driving revenue growth among major retail, garden centre and DIY customers across Western Europe. Based in the Netherlands, you will work close to the market and spend a significant amount of time engaging with customers and business partners. The primary focus will be on Germany and other relevant Western European markets, combining new business development with long-term customer relationship management. The objective is to attract recurring, high-volume customers at sustainable price levels and convert the company's expanding production capacity into profitable sales growth. Tasks and responsibilities: - Acquire and develop major retail, garden centre and DIY customers in Germany and other relevant Western European markets - Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business - Monitor price developments, market trends and competitor activity - Contribute to pricing, product range and commercial strategy - Translate customer needs into business opportunities for JMP Flowers - Coordinate with the sales, production, logistics and back-office teams in Poland The offer This role offers the opportunity to help drive further growth across Western Europe.
