The posting

Als Senior Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige A-Z boekhouding van één van de groepsvennootschappen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie correct en tijdig wordt verwerkt en levert betrouwbare cijfers aan die als basis dienen voor verdere beslissingen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Je staat in voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z, waaronder het verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankverrichtingen, lonen en maandelijkse afsluitingen.
  • Je stelt op maandbasis financiële rapporteringen op en analyseert deze samen met de Finance Manager.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig de boekhouding van andere vennootschappen binnen de groep.
  • Je bereidt btw-, intrastat- en andere fiscale aangiftes voor.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Chief Accountant rond de verdere optimalisatie van boekhoudkundige processen en interne controles.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de jaarafsluiting en bereidt mee de nodige informatie voor in het kader van audits.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die financiële nauwkeurigheid combineert met een zelfstandige en proactieve aanpak.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, financiën of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is een mooie troef.
  • Een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale wetgeving. Kennis van IFRS is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een uitgesproken oog voor detail.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de nodige teamspirit.
