Voor een internationale en ondernemende KMO in de regio Hoogstraten, met een gevarieerd activiteitenpakket en vestigingen verspreid over meerdere landen, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Senior Accountant die het finance team versterkt en een centrale rol opneemt op het vlak van fiscaliteit, compliance en procesverbetering.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je volgt de evoluties in fiscale en boekhoudkundige regelgeving actief op en vertaalt deze naar de dagelijkse financiële werking
  • Je coacht het AR- en AP-team voor efficiëntieverbeteringen en neemt een centrale rol op in de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem
  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid over fiscale verplichtingen en wettelijke rapportering, waaronder vennootschapsbelasting en de neerlegging van jaarrekeningen
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de maandelijkse afsluitingen, stelt rapportages en analyses op en denkt constructief mee over procesoptimalisaties
  • Je coördineert de voorbereiding en begeleiding van interne en externe audits en waakt over de naleving van alle compliance-verplichtingen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent proactief, analytisch sterk en hands-on ingesteld en weet collega's te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy of fiscaliteit en hebt minimaal 4 jaar relevante beroepservaring opgebouwd
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; een werkbare kennis van het Engels is een welkome aanvulling
  • Je hebt een grondige vertrouwdheid met fiscaliteit, vennootschapsbelasting, jaarrekeningen en wettelijke optimalisatie
  • Je werkt efficiënt met Excel en bent vertrouwd met ERP-omgevingen zoals Exact, Odoo, Navision of SAP
