Onze klant is een internationale en sterk groeiende productieorganisatie in volle opbouwfase, waar innovatie, duurzaamheid en ondernemerschap centraal staan.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Senior Accountant (m/v/x):

  • Je staat in voor accounting- en rapporteringsactiviteiten binnen de lokale finance-organisatie;
  • Je ondersteunt de opbouw en verdere optimalisatie van interne controles, financiële processen en rapporteringsstructuren;
  • Je werkt mee aan budgetten, forecasts, variantieanalyses en managementrapporteringen, afgestemd op de doelstellingen van de organisatie;
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en zorgt voor correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële gegevens;
  • Je boekt financiële verrichtingen in de relevante grootboeken, boekhoud- en treasury-systemen;
  • Je bewaakt de integriteit van financiële data door transacties nauwkeurig en tijdig te verwerken;
  • Je voert reconciliaties uit voor onder meer banken, leveranciers, klanten en intercompany-rekeningen en spoort verschillen actief op;
  • Je verwerkt betalingen en volgt cashflow mee op via korte termijn cashflowrapporteringen;
  • Je levert managementinformatie aan over betalingen, facturen en andere financiële indicatoren;
  • Je ondersteunt audits door documentatie voor te bereiden en vragen van auditors mee op te volgen;
  • Je stuurt een accountant aan en werkt nauw samen met zowel lokale als internationale stakeholders;
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een data-gedreven werking en volgt evoluties in wet- en regelgeving binnen finance op.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy of een relevante financiële richting;
  • Je hebt een sterke ervaring binnen accounting, inclusief maandafsluitingen, reconciliaties en rapportering;
  • Je hebt kennis van btw, vennootschapsbelasting en algemene boekhoudkundige en treasuryprincipes;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met auditprocessen en de vereisten die hierbij komen kijken;
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en kennis van SAP is een sterke troef;
  • Je kan goed werken met BI-tools zoals Power BI en hebt affiniteit met digitale en data-gedreven rapportering;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je werkt hands-on, denkt analytisch en pakt problemen snel en efficiënt aan;
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op met verschillende stakeholders en neemt ownership over je taken;
  • Je functioneert goed in een veranderlijke omgeving waar processen nog in opbouw zijn;
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen, houdt deadlines aan en combineert meerdere verantwoordelijkheden tegelijk;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving, al is dit geen must.
