Voor jou is accounting geen administratie. Het is de basis waarop gefundeerde beslissingen worden genomen.

Wat je concreet doet:

Accounting:

  • Je verzorgt en bewaakt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte verwerking van de boekhouding en ondersteunt gerelateerde rapporteringen.
  • Je analyseert financiële gegevens en identificeert afwijkingen, risico’s en opportuniteiten.
  • Je stelt balansreconciliaties op en volgt complexe boekhoudkundige dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van auditdossiers, jaarrekeningen en fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder btw-aangiftes.
  • Je zorgt mee voor de betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid van de financiële cijfers.
  • Kortom, je beheert de aan jou toegewezen dossiers van A-Z in nauwe samenwerking met jouw Finance collega’s.

Business & Process Excellence:

  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen van processen en systemen.
  • Je neemt deel aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen Finance.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om financiële informatie correct en tijdig te verwerken.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte, gestructureerde en toekomstgerichte financiële organisatie.

Je bent een ervaren finance professional die verder kijkt dan de boekingen alleen.

Je begrijpt de impact van cijfers op de business en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance, Handelswetenschappen of Economie.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting, audit of financiële rapportering.
  • Een sterke kennis van boekhoudkundige, fiscale en financiële processen.
  • Kennis van Odoo is een plus.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een kritische blik.
  • Een proactieve houding en de drive om processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en eigenaarschap op te nemen.
