The posting

In een snelgroeiende organisatie binnen de premium petfoodsector krijg je een sleutelrol in het financieel beheer en de verdere professionalisering van de interne processen. De omgeving is dynamisch, ondernemend en gericht op schaalvergroting, waardoor nauwkeurigheid en ownership centraal staan.

  • Beheren van de volledige algemene boekhouding (AP, AR, GL).
  • Toezien op een correcte verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en analytische boekingen.
  • Uitvoeren van leveranciersbetalingen en opvolgen van betaaldeadlines.
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen en openstaande saldi.
  • Instaan voor een gestructureerde administratieve opvolging van alle documenten die nodig zijn voor een betrouwbare boekhouding.
  • Uitvoeren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Uitvoeren van reconciliaties en balanscontroles.
  • Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding van de jaarrekening.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en compliance van financiële data volgens Belgische boekhoudnormen (BE GAAP).
  • Ontwikkelen en opvolgen van financiële inzichten per departement via analytische rapportering.
  • Identificeren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden binnen financiële en boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Meewerken aan finance‑projecten die bijdragen aan verdere groei en structuur.
  • Implementeren van tools en best practices om de organisatie verder te professionaliseren.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe boekhoudkundige vragen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van btw‑aangiftes.
  • Nauw samenwerken met externe partners en relevante instanties.
  • Detecteren van subsidiemogelijkheden en opvolgen van bijhorende dossiers.
  • Bachelor in Accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding met end‑to‑end verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoudprincipes (BE GAAP).
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Comfortabel in een snel evoluerende scale‑upomgeving.
  • Communicatief sterk en graag samenwerkend met diverse stakeholders.
  • Interesse in nieuwe technologieën en bereidheid om AI‑tools te gebruiken voor efficiëntie en automatisatie.
  • Goede kennis van boekhoudsoftware; ervaring met Exact Online is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van Emasphère is een voordeel.
  • Sterke beheersing van Excel.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Frans; professionele kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
