Binnen deze omgeving krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

  • Beheren van complexe dossiers en uitvoeren van reviews van het werk van junior collega’s.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor het management en meedenken over de strategische groei van het kantoor.
  • Begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van junior medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Bepalen van het strategisch kader voor bijzondere opdrachten zoals oprichtingen, statuutwijzigingen en fusies.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor eindbalansen en jaarafsluitingen van klanten.
  • Rapporteren aan de teamleader of kantoorverantwoordelijke.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een sterke teamwerking en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.
  • Bachelor‑ of masterdiploma in accountancy, fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen accountancy.
  • Interesse in het begeleiden en opleiden van junior collega’s.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het oplossen van fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Bereidheid om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te bouwen aan het kantoor.
  • Ondernemende mindset en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
