Dit creëert een uniek 'blank canvas' voor een ondernemende Senior Accountant A-Z die de stap wil zetten naar een volwaardige managementrol. In deze positie pas je niet puur op de winkel; je bouwt de interne structuren vanaf de grond op en groeit uit tot de strategische rechterhand van de aandeelhouders binnen een no-nonsense cultuur met korte beslissingslijnen.

Takenpakket:

  • Je krijgt de volledige cart blanche om de interne processen in te richten en neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de A tot Z boekhouding van de verschillende vennootschappen op je.
  • Je verbreedt je horizon naar de investment-wereld door te fungeren als financieel klankbord tijdens M&A-trajecten, waarbij je due diligence-onderzoeken en data-analyses uitvoert.
  • Je coördineert de periodieke afsluitingen en btw-aangiftes en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze, professionele begeleiding van fiscale controles.
  • Je tilt de rapportering naar een strategisch niveau en analyseert de groepsstructuur proactief met het oog op een slimme fiscale optimalisatie.

Profiel:

  • Een Masterdiploma in een economische richting, Accountancy of Fiscaliteit.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Accountant AZ.
  • Een mentaliteit die floreert bij volledige zelfstandigheid en proactief problemen oplost.
  • Een vlotte en professionele babbel in het Nederlands en Engels.
