Onze klant is een gevestigde en financieel gezonde productieomgeving met internationale activiteiten en een sterke focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Senior Accountant (M/V/X):

  • Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige financiële administratie van meerdere vennootschappen;
  • Je verwerkt de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van alle inkomende en uitgaande transacties;
  • Je voert bankboekingen uit en staat in voor een correcte reconciliatie van de rekeningen;
  • Je verwerkt de loonboekingen in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat;
  • Je verzorgt en controleert de facturatie naar klanten;
  • Je maakt creditnota's op wanneer nodig en volgt het debiteurenbeheer proactief op;
  • Je verstuurt aanmaningen en bewaakt een tijdige betaling van openstaande posten;
  • Je bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluiting zelfstandig voor en werkt deze nauwkeurig af;
  • Je stelt balansen op en genereert tussentijdse rapporteringen ter ondersteuning van het management;
  • Je zorgt mee voor een correcte balans, resultatenrekening en jaarrekening;
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en indiening van periodieke btw-aangiftes en klantenlistings;
  • Je begeleidt fiscale controles en ondersteunt zowel interne als externe audits;
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen in de cijfers en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen financiële processen;
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten, zoals de implementatie van nieuwe software of het efficiënter maken van de financiële.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma in een economische of boekhoudkundige richting;
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie of binnen een accountantskantoor;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel en werkt vlot met formules, analyses en draaitabellen;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op;
  • Je functioneert zelfstandig, maar schakelt ook vlot met collega's en management;
  • Je voelt je goed in een dynamische omgeving waar je breed betrokken bent bij de financiële werking.
