Jouw rol als Finance Manager|Accountant

Je krijgt een brede en zichtbare functie waarbij je niet alleen de cijfers beheert, maar ook mee richting geeft aan de organisatie:

  • Je neemt de lead in de boekhouding van A tot Z en ondersteunt afsluitingen
  • Je analyseert marges, kostprijzen en rendementen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties
  • Je bouwt en optimaliseert rapporteringen, dashboards en KPI’s
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operations, management en andere interne teams
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en automatisatie (AI, data, tools)
  • Je groeit uit tot de rechterhand van het management

Jouw profiel als Finance Manager | Accountant

  • Bachelor of Master in een financiële richting
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in accounting/controlling
  • Sterk analytisch en hands-on ingesteld
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel (Power Query is een plus)
  • Ervaring met Power BI, data-analyse of automatisatie is een grote troef
  • Je denkt graag mee, neemt initiatief en wil echt impact maken
