Als Senior Accountant bent u veel meer dan een financieel expert. U bent een betrouwbare zakenpartner die bijdraagt aan de financiële integriteit en naleving van de regelgeving binnen onze Europese activiteiten. Vanuit onze holding speelt u een centrale rol in de coördinatie en het toezicht op de boekhoudkundige activiteiten van diverse Europese entiteiten, waarbij u zorgt voor consistentie, nauwkeurigheid en naleving van zowel lokale als internationale regelgeving.

In nauwe samenwerking met de Finance Manager fungeer je als diens rechterhand en bied je financieel inzicht, operationele ondersteuning en leiderschap binnen de boekhoudfunctie.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden zijn:

  • financiële boekhouding en rapportering grootboekadministratie voor diverse Europese entiteiten maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen balansreconciliaties opstellen van jaarrekeningen rapportering naar hoofdkantoor in Japan
  • internationale BTW-aangiftes en naleving wetgeving naleving van lokale boekhoudnormen en -voorschriften, belastingwetgeving BTW-aangiftes ism externe partners reconciliaties en monitoren van grensoverschrijdende transacties
  • audits coördineren van externe audits (primair contactpersoon voor auditors) interne controles procesefficiëntieverbeteringen
  • deelnemen aan projecten binnen finance (ad hoc)
  • proactief en praktisch ingesteld
  • gedegen kennis van Europese BTW-wetgeving en grensoverschrijdende transacties
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • beheer Office applicaties
  • kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
