The posting

Stel je even voor: maandagmorgen, kwart voor negen. Je opent je mailbox en er zijn geen verrassingen. Geen paniekmail van de directie. Onze klant is een Belgische marktleider in de ontwikkeling en productie voor de bouwsector, ingebed in een investeringsgroep met een stevige financiële ruggengraat. Het finance team is bewust klein gehouden, en dat merk je. Er is geen extra managementlaag die jouw werk herformuleert voor het verder gaat. Geen dossiers die drie handtekeningen nodig hebben voor ze de deur uitgaan. Wat je indient, staat onder jouw naam, en dat is precies de bedoeling.

Eerlijk gezegd: de maandafsluitingen vragen concentratie en discipline, zeker in de piekdagen net voor de deadline. Dat is geen geheim. Maar het werkritme is voorspelbaar, de verwachtingen zijn duidelijk, en de organisatie heeft daar bewust voor gekozen omdat ze snappen dat een goede accountant ook een leven buiten kantoor heeft.

Takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Je bereidt de btw-aangiftes en Intrastat-rapportering voor en dient ze zelfstandig in.
  • De vennootschapsbelasting werk je zelf uit, van voorbereiding tot definitieve indiening.
  • Je zet betalingsbatches klaar, boekt banken in en houdt de cashpositie scherp in het oog.
  • Maandelijks verwerk je lonen en sociale bijdragen, zodat personeelsadministratie en boekhouding op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je volgt het debiteurenbeheer op en belt of mailt rechtstreeks met klanten over openstaande saldi.
  • De periodieke afsluitingen doe je samen met je collega, in een werkritme dat voorspelbaar is.

Profiel:

  • Een bachelordiploma in accountancy, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een zestal jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Vertrouwdheid met een ERP-pakket zoals Business Central of Navision: wie dat al kent, is meteen productief.
  • Je werkt precies en zelfstandig, gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, intern en met klanten.
