The posting

In deze internationale en dynamische consultancyomgeving speel je een centrale rol in het financiële beheer en de rapportering. De organisatie rekent op jouw expertise om de boekhouding nauwkeurig, tijdig en volledig te beheren, en om als betrouwbare financiële partner op te treden voor het management en de groepsstructuur.

De functie omvat onder meer:

  • Beheren van de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige activiteiten, waaronder AP, AR, bankreconciliaties, factuurverwerking en betalingsruns.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige registratie van alle transacties in Odoo.
  • Coördineren van klantfacturatie en processen rond omzetherkenning in samenwerking met de consultingteams.
  • Voorbereiden van maandelijkse managementrapporteringen en coördineren van maand‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen en indienen van BTW‑aangiftes, intracommunautaire opgaven, jaarlijkse BTW‑lijsten en andere wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële analyses ter ondersteuning van managementbeslissingen.
  • Coördineren van de jaarlijkse audit en samenwerken met externe auditors, fiscale adviseurs en bankpartners.
  • Opstellen en indienen van periodieke en ad‑hoc rapporteringen voor de internationale groep, inclusief naleving van deadlines en rapporteringsvereisten.
  • Ondersteunen van budgettering en forecasting door financiële data te analyseren en inzichten aan te leveren.
  • Samenwerken met de CEO, de externe Financial Controller en de groepsfinance‑teams om te voldoen aan corporate reportingvereisten.
  • Monitoren van cashposities en ondersteunen van cashflowplanning en treasurybeheer.
  • Voorbereiden van de statutaire jaarrekening en ondersteunen bij de aangifte vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van processen, interne controles en financiële rapportering.
  • Bachelor in accounting, finance of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Minstens vijf tot acht jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationale corporate of consultancyomgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van Belgische boekhoudnormen, BTW‑regelgeving en wettelijke rapporteringsvereisten.
  • Ervaring met ERP‑systemen; kennis van Odoo is een pluspunt.
  • Gevorderde kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office.
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Frans; kennis van Italiaans of Nederlands is een troef.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en sterk georganiseerd.
  • Communicatief vaardig en in staat om samen te werken op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Bekwaam om financiële informatie helder te vertalen voor niet‑financiële stakeholders.
  • Proactief, autonoom en tegelijk een teamspeler.
  • Hoge mate van integriteit, confidentialiteit en professionaliteit.
