Hoofddoel van de functie

De Senior Accountant Coordinator speelt een sleutelrol in de overgang van boekhoudactiviteiten van de vorige dienstverlener naar de nieuwe Shared Service Provider (SSP) in India voor alle Allison Off-Highway (AOH)-entiteiten. Vanuit Allison Transmission Brugge, voorheen Dana zorgt deze rol voor een vlotte operationele overdracht, fungeert als primaire schakel tussen lokale AOH-financeteams en SSP, en ondersteunt naleving, nauwkeurigheid en tijdige afsluitingen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Meewerken aan de overdracht van boekhoudprocessen van de huidige Shared Services naar SSP en lokale implicaties beheren.
  • Fungeren als hoofdcontactpersoon tussen SSP en lokale AOH-organisaties en alle boekhoudactiviteiten coördineren.
  • SSP-prestaties opvolgen en samenwerken aan continue verbetering van de kwaliteit van boekhouddiensten.
  • Lokale AOH-financeteams ondersteunen bij naleving van fiscale regelgeving (inclusief btw), boekhoudnormen, groepsbeleid en SOX/interne controles.
  • Samenwerken met AOH-teams en SSP om processen en systemen te optimaliseren.
  • Ondersteuning bieden tijdens interne en externe audits.

Kwalificaties en ervaring

  • Diploma in economie, financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding en afsluitingsprocessen, bij voorkeur in een internationale context
  • Grondige kennis van lokale boekhoudprincipes
  • Kennis van US GAAP en SOX is een pluspunt
  • Sterke vaardigheid met ERP-systemen en rapportagetools
  • Ervaring met het coördineren van externe dienstverleners; eerdere ervaring met remote SSO is een plus
  • Vloeiend Engels en Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
