Voor een internationale productieonderneming in Menen zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Accountant/ GL Accountant. Je stapt in een familiaal groeiverhaal waar ondernemerschap, betrokkenheid en toekomstgericht denken hand in hand gaan. Jouw financiële expertise tilt sterke teams en projecten naar het volgende niveau.

Jobomschrijving

  • Voorbereiden van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting in samenwerking met je collega’s en externe partners.
  • Verzorgen van de BTW-aangiftes en nakijken van facturen op correcte verwerking.
  • Inboeken van financiële transacties en verwerken van diverse financiële stromen binnen de groep.
  • Directe samenwerking met de CFO, financial controller en CEO’s van de verschillende divisies.
  • Bieden van ondersteuning aan het finance team bij uiteenlopende accounting vraagstukken.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen in de financiële processen.

Must haves:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor of master in accountancy-fiscaliteit of hebt een gelijkwaardig diploma, aangevuld met minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en PowerBI en kan complexe cijfers duidelijk structureren en rapporteren.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met resultaatgericht werken en schakelt makkelijk tussen zelfstandig werken en teamwork.
  • Je communiceert helder en overtuigend op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ervaring met Dynamics 365 en/of Axapta is een sterke troef.
  • Affiniteit met productieomgeving.
  • Vlotte kennis van andere talen (vb. Engels) zijn een pluspunt.
  • Enthousiasme voor procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering binnen finance.
  • Proactieve, flexibele houding en een positieve ingesteldheid.
