The posting

Als Senior Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Financial Manager. Je speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de financiële werking van onze organisatie en zorgt voor een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatieve verwerking van de financiële administratie.

Je combineert een sterke boekhoudkundige expertise met een analytische en hands-on aanpak en denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van onze financiële processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je beheert de volledige boekhoudcyclus van A tot Z, van de verwerking van aankoopfacturen tot de opvolging van bestelbonnen en rekeninguittreksels.

Je verwerkt diverse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële gegevens.

Je ondersteunt de maandafsluiting en jaarafsluiting en draagt bij aan een correcte en betrouwbare financiële rapportering.

Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen, waaronder BTW-aangiftes, intracommunautaire (IC) aangiftes en klantenlisting.

Je ondersteunt bij audits, controles en financiële rapporteringsvragen.

Je voert ad hoc financiële analyses uit en vertaalt financiële data naar bruikbare inzichten.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Financial Manager en andere interne stakeholders.

Je neemt actief initiatief om boekhoudkundige en financiële processen te optimaliseren en efficiënter te maken.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid van de financiële administratie.

Je haalt energie uit structuur, nauwkeurigheid en cijfers en voelt je comfortabel in een complexe en dynamische financiële omgeving. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers en combineert een analytische mindset met een praktische, hands-on aanpak.

We zoeken een Senior Accountant die:

Beschikt over een bachelor Finance, Accountancy of een gelijkwaardige opleiding, of gelijkwaardig is door relevante werkervaring.

Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige A-Z boekhoudkundige functie.

Een grondige kennis heeft van algemene boekhouding en financiële administratie.

Ervaring heeft met maand- en jaarafsluitingen en financiële rapportering.

Kennis heeft van BTW, intracommunautaire aangiftes en klantenlisting.

Sterk is in analytisch denken, cijfermatige nauwkeurigheid en probleemoplossend werken.

Zelfstandig kan werken en tegelijk vlot samenwerkt binnen een team.

Ownership neemt over eigen dossiers, verantwoordelijkheden en deadlines.

Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hands-on werkt.
