Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als Senior Accountant sta je in voor de boekhouding van A tot Y/Z en ben je veel meer dan een uitvoerende kracht: je denkt actief mee over processen, analyseert cijfers en levert inzichten die het management helpen om de juiste beslissingen te nemen.

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen, in nauw overleg met het aankoopteam
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van betalingen aan leveranciers
  • Opstellen en indienen van btw- en Intrastataangiftes, gelinkt aan internationale handelsstromen en invoer vanuit Azië
  • Opmaken en analyseren van cashflow forecasts om de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie te bewaken
  • Voorbereiden van kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, in samenwerking met het bredere Finance team van de groep
  • Uitvoeren van financiële analyses zoals marge-, project- en variantieanalyses, telkens per project of collectie opgevolgd
  • Signaleren van risico's en opportuniteiten in de cijfers, en deze vertalen naar concrete actiepunten voor het management
  • Opvolgen van licentiecontracten en de bijhorende royaltyrapportering
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen, verdere digitalisering en de interne werking
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Finance Director, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbetervoorstellen

Wie ben jij?

Je combineert een sterke boekhoudkundige basis met een kritische en analytische blik. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Bachelor of Master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een economisch gelijkwaardig diploma
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring als Accountant, Senior Accountant of dossierbeheerder binnen bedrijfsomgeving of een boekhoudkantoor
  • Ervaring met afsluitingen, btw-aangiftes en financiële rapportering
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig, pro-actief en gestructureerd
  • Goede kennis van Excel, ervaring met business Central is een mooie troef
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels
