Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je leidt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen van A tot Z en draagt hiervoor de eindverantwoordelijkheid, in nauwe samenwerking met de accountant die de afsluiting mee voorbereidt
  • Je bereidt de interne jaarrekeningen en consolidaties voor van de verschillende vennootschappen binnen de groep en zorgt voor een correcte, tijdige oplevering
  • Je werkt financiële rapportering en analyses uit in Bright Analytics en vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten voor de CFO en de directie
  • Je werkt mee aan de implementatie en verdere optimalisatie van de finance-processen in Odoo en het interne ERP-systeem, met aandacht voor efficiëntie en automatisering
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële data doorheen de volledige groep en signaleert en corrigeert afwijkingen proactief
  • Je coacht en stuurt het finance-team aan, verdeelt het werk en neemt collega's mee in de dagelijkse werking en prioriteiten
  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen, met dagelijkse supervisie op het team
  • Je houdt toezicht op de btw-aangiftes, intrastat, VAT refund en reconciliaties, die in eerste instantie door de accountant worden uitgevoerd, en springt zelf bij als back-up bij afwezigheid
  • Je controleert de boekingen rond vaste activa, voorraden en lonen en waakt over een correcte verwerking
  • Je volgt kredietdossiers, verzekeringen en het wagenpark van de groep administratief op

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail in complexe boekhoudkundige dossiers en afsluitingen
  • Je werkt met een hoog tempo en verzet grote pakketten werk zonder aan kwaliteit in te boeten, ook wanneer de druk even oploopt
  • Je bent een doener: je neemt zaken zelfstandig in handen, wacht niet af en denkt actief mee over verbetering van processen
  • Je hebt sterke coachende vaardigheden en kan een team op sleeptouw nemen
  • Je bent vaardig met Odoo of gelijkaardige ERP-systemen en Excel, en werkt vlot met rapporteringstools zoals Bright Analytics
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands, met een goede basis Frans en Engels
  • Je bent bereid om te pendelen tussen de vestigingen in de regio Zedelgem en Nevele (3 dagen / 2 dagen per week)
