Voor een gerenommeerd accountantskantoor in regio Genk zoeken we een ervaren dossierbeheerder die zijn of haar vak kent en vooral op zoek is naar een omgeving waar die expertise ook effectief wordt benut.

Geen rol waarin je opnieuw onderaan moet beginnen. Wel een kantoor waar kwaliteit, persoonlijk advies en duurzame klantenrelaties centraal staan en waar ervaren mensen de vrijheid krijgen om hun functie mee vorm te geven.

Functieomschrijving Je krijgt een eigen klantenportefeuille en de autonomie om die op jouw manier te beheren. Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

  • eindverantwoordelijk bent voor jouw dossiers van A tot Z en bewaakt de kwaliteit ervan.
  • klanten begeleidt bij hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken en denkt verder dan de cijfers alleen.
  • zelfstandig klantenbesprekingen voert en bent voor ondernemers een vast aanspreekpunt en vertrouwenspersoon.
  • fiscale optimalisaties detecteert en opportuniteiten en vertaalt die naar helder, praktisch advies.
  • ook jouw ervaring kan inzetten om minder ervaren collega's te ondersteunen of begeleiden. Hier is meer dan ruimte voor, zonder dat je verplicht in een klassieke leidinggevende functie hoeft te stappen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust geen medior profiel, maar iemand die ondertussen behoorlijk wat kilometers op de teller heeft.

  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z en hebt een stevige boekhoudkundige en fiscale basis.
  • Klantenbesprekingen voer je zelfstandig en je voelt je comfortabel in een adviserende rol.
  • Je hebt voldoende maturiteit om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, prioriteiten te bepalen en zelf beslissingen te nemen binnen jouw dossiers.
  • Een bachelor of master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring en vakkennis wegen voor deze functie minstens even zwaar.
