Beheer jij op dit moment de boekhouding in opdracht van een dozijn verschillende mensen, zonder dat iemand je echt de ruimte geeft om het werk van begin tot einde zelf te dragen? Ben je toe aan een rol waarbij de btw-aangiftes en vennootschapsbelasting volledig in jouw handen liggen? En zou het je deugd doen om elke avond gewoon op tijd naar huis te gaan, zonder een achterstand die je de volgende ochtend opwacht?

Onze klant is een marktleider in de ontwikkeling en productie voor de bouwsector, ingebed in een Belgische investeringsgroep met een solide financiële basis. Het financeteam is klein en professioneel: geen overbodige hiërarchische lagen, geen interne concurrentie. Mensen die boekhouding serieus nemen en die ook de structuur hebben gebouwd om dat te ondersteunen.

Wat deze rol onderscheidt, is de combinatie van volledige autonomie, inhoudelijke diepgang én de dagelijkse werking in Business Central. Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z en tekent zelf voor de btw-aangiftes en de vennootschapsbelasting, van voorbereiding tot indiening. Die mix van zelfstandigheid en een modern ERP-pakket vind je zelden gebundeld in één functie, laat staan met dit arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket erbij.

Er zijn mensen die al jaren wachten op de stap naar meer inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid. Als die stap bij je huidige werkgever uitblijft, dan weet je ondertussen wat dat kost: kennis die niet ingezet wordt, werk dat niet erkend wordt. In deze rol is dat anders geregeld.

Takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z, leveranciers- en klantenfacturen inbegrepen, zodat de cijfers altijd kloppen.
  • Je stelt btw-aangiftes zelfstandig op en verwerkt de Intrastat-rapportering.
  • Je werkt de vennootschapsbelasting zelfstandig uit, van voorbereiding tot indiening.
  • Je zet betalingsbatches klaar en boekt banken in, met oog voor een gezond cashbeheer.
  • Je verwerkt lonen en sociale bijdragen voor een correcte personeelsadministratie elke maand.
  • Je volgt het debiteurenbeheer op en onderhoudt contact met klanten over openstaande saldi.
  • Je verzorgt de periodieke afsluitingen samen met je directe collega.

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in accountancy, bij voorkeur aangevuld met 6 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket zoals Business Central of Navision geeft je meteen een vliegende start.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie en kan vlot schakelen in het Nederlands.
