Voor een gerenommeerde familiale onderneming actief binnen de staalverwerkende industrie gaan wij op zoek naar een Senior Accountant. Deze gevestigde KMO heeft doorheen de jaren een sterke marktpositie opgebouwd dankzij haar kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak, duurzame klantenrelaties en gezonde groeistrategie. Vandaag telt de organisatie een 30-tal medewerkers en blijft ze verder investeren in haar toekomst.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Senior Accountant krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over twee Belgische vennootschappen binnen de groep. Je komt terecht in een finance team van drie personen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden van de jaarrekeningen en ondersteuning bieden bij audits.
  • Opvolgen van balansposten en uitvoeren van financiële analyses.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen de financiële processen.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner van de Finance Manager voor financiële en strategische vraagstukken.
  • Ondersteunen van toekomstige groei- en uitbreidingsprojecten binnen de onderneming.

Deze functie combineert operationele boekhoudkundige verantwoordelijkheden met een meer analytische en strategische invalshoek.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen accountancy, fiscaliteit of een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een allround accountingfunctie.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een KMO-omgeving waar autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
  • Stabiliteit en engagement kenmerken jouw professionele parcours.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers.
  • Je bent een eerder rustige, no-nonsense persoonlijkheid die zich goed voelt binnen een hecht team.
