Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf in de voedingssector. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en combineert de stabiliteit van een gevestigde speler met de dynamiek van een groeiende organisatie. Je komt terecht in het Finance-team, gevestigd in Londerzeel, waar je nauw samenwerkt met collega's uit accounting en controlling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en wettelijk conforme uitvoering van de algemene boekhouding. Je draagt actief bij aan een kwalitatieve financiële rapportering en vlotte maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.

  • Je houdt de dagelijkse boekhouding bij voor de lokale entiteiten, volgt aankoopfacturen op en bereidt leveranciersbetalingen voor
  • Je volgt balansposten op, stemt ze af en beheert diverse grootboekrekeningen
  • Je voert de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen uit en stelt kosten-, tax- en treasuryrapporten, balansen en resultatenrekeningen op
  • Je neemt de volledige eigenaarschap over het jaarrekeningproces, beheert deadlines en verzamelt proactief de nodige informatie
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits door documentatie aan te leveren en toelichting te geven bij afwijkingen
  • Je zorgt voor tijdige en correcte btw- en intrastataangiftes, met een correcte afstemming tussen aangiftes en boekhouding
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van de aangifte vennootschapsbelasting

Wat breng je mee?

Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een richting zoals Accounting, Finance of gelijkaardig, en je bouwde al 5 jaar relevante ervaring op. Je hebt een goed ontwikkelde kennis van boekhoudprincipes en jaarrekeningen en werkt vlot met MS Office. Je Engels is vlot in zowel spreken als schrijven.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je bent analytisch en detailgericht, met oog voor correctheid en volledigheid
  • Je werkt proactief en zelfsturend, en neemt zelf initiatief waar nodig
  • Je bent flexibel in het schakelen tussen prioriteiten en werkt graag teamgericht
