Voor een modern accountantskantoor met een sterke digitale werking zoeken we een Senior Dossierbeheerder. Je krijgt er de nodige zelfstandigheid om je eigen klantenportefeuille te beheren en wordt tegelijkertijd uitgedaagd om mee te denken over fiscale optimalisaties en financiële strategieën.

Je werkt voornamelijk voor vennootschappen en wordt een vaste vertrouwenspersoon voor jouw klanten. Door de combinatie van digitale tools en een efficiënte kantoorwerking ligt de focus steeds meer op advies en toegevoegde waarde, in plaats van louter uitvoerende boekhouding.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je neemt de volledige opvolging van je eigen klantenportefeuille voor je rekening. Daarbij kan je rekenen op een gevarieerd en inhoudelijk takenpakket:

  • Je verzorgt de boekhouding en staat in voor de periodieke afsluitingen.
  • Je maakt maand-, kwartaal- en jaarresultaten op en zorgt voor een correcte afsluiting.
  • Je stelt balansen en jaarrekeningen samen en licht de resultaten op een duidelijke manier toe aan je klanten.
  • Je bereidt de aangiftes in de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting voor en waakt over een correcte opvolging van alle fiscale deadlines.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en gaat actief op zoek naar optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Je adviseert klanten bij fiscale, financiële en strategische vraagstukken.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten en denkt proactief mee met hun onderneming.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die inhoudelijk sterk is, maar ook graag rechtstreeks met klanten samenwerkt.

  • Je hebt een graduaat- of bachelordiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een vergelijkbare financiële opleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je beschikt over een ITAA-titel of bent bereid om het traject hiervoor op te starten.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
  • Je beschikt over een analytische ingesteldheid en hebt oog voor fiscale en financiële opportuniteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je comfortabel in klantencontact.
