Krijg jij energie van ondernemers begeleiden en hen helpen om met een helder zicht op hun cijfers de juiste keuzes te maken? En wil je graag werken in een omgeving waar je zelfstandig je eigen dossiers beheert, maar tegelijk kan rekenen op een team dat kennis en ervaring graag met elkaar deelt?

Voor een accountancykantoor in Aalst zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een team van 11 collega’s, waar je jouw ervaring volop kan inzetten om ondernemers persoonlijk te begeleiden. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om jouw kennis te delen en junior collega’s mee te ondersteunen in hun groei.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor het efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol afleveren van jouw accountancydossiers.
  • Jouw klanten rekenen op jou voor hun fiscaal en boekhoudkundig beheer.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je deze ondernemers met professioneel advies op financieel, fiscaal, juridisch en economisch vlak. Zodat ze alle vertrouwen hebben dat hun zaak in goede handen is.
  • Je zorgt voor het nazicht, de opvolging en afwerking van de BTW aangiftes, tussentijdse jaarcijfers en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je stuurt junior advisor(s) aan als meter of peter. Enthousiasmeert, inspireert en hakt in overleg knopen door.
  • Je schrikt er niet van terug om bij ondernemers ter plaatse de boekhouding te optimaliseren.
  • Een bachelor of master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit
  • En beschikt over minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor. Dossiers kan je zelfstandig beheren en je ondersteunt junior collega’s met jouw expertise en feedback.
  • Nederlands beheers je perfect, en wie daarnaast nog een extra taal spreekt, mag dat zeker meenemen.
