We ondersteunen een gevarieerd klantenbestand en gaan daarbij verder dan klassieke accountancy. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je kennis en expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen verschillende domeinen, waaronder:

  • Controlling
  • M&A (fusies & overnames)

Blijven leren zit in onze cultuur. We investeren daarom structureel in jouw ontwikkeling via onder andere ITAA-trajecten, business school-opleidingen, externe trainingen en regelmatige webinars.

Je werkt vanuit één van onze twee moderne locaties: ons hoofdkantoor in Zulte of ons nieuwe kantoor in Sint-Denijs-Westrem.

Jouw rol als Senior Accountant

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van je klantendossiers, van A tot Z. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte en begeleiding om geleidelijk door te groeien naar een meer strategische en adviesgerichte functie.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Inboeken en controleren van boekhoudkundige stukken
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiften en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Opstellen van balansen en jaarrekeningen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van klantendossiers
  • Bespreken van financiële resultaten en aandachtspunten met klanten
  • Steeds verder ontwikkelen richting adviesverlening, onder begeleiding en via gerichte opleidingen

Op termijn krijg je de kans om klanten ook te adviseren over onder andere:

  • De keuze tussen eenmanszaak en vennootschap
  • Oprichting en structurering van ondernemingen
  • Financiële en businessplannen

Jouw profiel

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master Accountancy & Fiscaliteit
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als dossierbeheerder of accountant
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in permanente bijscholing en professionele ontwikkeling
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en leergierig
  • Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn meer adviesverantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je bent ondernemend ingesteld en ziet jezelf eventueel doorgroeien richting medevennoot
