Voor een gevestigd productiebedrijf in de regio Maasmechelen, gespecialiseerd in technische maakprocessen en industriële assemblages, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Senior Accountant die van A tot Z de financiële administratie beheert en rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de financieel manager en de CEO.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je voert de periodieke BTW-aangiftes in, stelt klantenlistings op en begeleidt fiscale controles en audits
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie naar klanten, maakt creditnota's op en volgt het debiteurenbeheer proactief op
  • Je voert boekingen uit voor de verschillende vennootschappen binnen de groep en zorgt voor nauwkeurige bankreconciliaties
  • Je bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluiting zelfstandig voor, stelt balansen op en zorgt voor een correcte resultatenrekening en jaarrekening
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen in de cijfers en werkt actief mee aan procesoptimalisaties en de implementatie van nieuwe systemen
  • Je boekt de lonen in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat en verwerkt alle inkomende en uitgaande boekhoudkundige transacties

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een economische of accountancy-richting en hebt minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel en werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt graag initiatief en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
