Jouw rol

Als Senior Accountant ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen het kantoor en het aanspreekpunt voor jouw cliënten:

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille van voornamelijk KMO's, vrije beroepers en non-profitorganisaties.
  • Je staat in voor A-Z boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging: afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen, aangiftes (BTW, vennootschaps- en personenbelasting).
  • Je adviseert cliënten proactief over fiscale optimalisaties, financiële structuren en groeivraagstukken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit andere disciplines (legal, finance, payroll) binnen een multidisciplinair adviesteam.
  • Je fungeert als coach en klankbord voor junior accountants en deelt actief je expertise.
  • Je neemt deel aan interne overlegmomenten, digitale meetings en kennisdelingssessies.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of Master in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit of een economische richting.
  • Minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy of fiduciaire context.
  • Sterke affiniteit met de KMO-sector en een adviserende mindset.
  • Je kan complexe financiële en fiscale materie helder uitleggen aan cliënten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en efficiënt, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in team.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om je kennis continu te verdiepen.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede basiskennis Engels.
