The posting

Er zijn twee soorten accountants. De eerste krijgt een taart op zijn verjaardag, een persoonlijk bedankje bij de jaarafsluiting en wordt met naam vermeld als het kwartaal goed liep. De tweede? Die krijgt een automatische reply als hij een vraag stuurt naar [email protected]. Als jij die tweede bent, hebben we goed nieuws.

Onze klant is een Belgische marktleider in de bouwsector, ingebed in een investeringsgroep met een stevige financiële basis. Het finance team is bewust klein gehouden, want meer mensen betekent meer vergaderingen, en meer vergaderingen betekent minder boekhouden. Dat wou niemand. Wat er wel is: een omgeving waar iemand die de btw-aangifte correct en op tijd indient daar ook gewoon credits voor krijgt. Revolutionair, we weten het.

Takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding, van aankoopfacturen tot verkoopfacturen. De cijfers kloppen. Altijd. Dat is de enige optie.
  • De btw-aangiftes en Intrastat-rapportering bereid je zelfstandig voor en dient ze in. Geen handholding, geen micromanagement.
  • De vennootschapsbelasting werk je van begin tot einde zelf uit. Jij kent dat dossier beter dan wie ook.
  • Je zet betalingsbatches klaar, boekt banken in en houdt de cashpositie scherp in het oog. Want iemand moet dat doen, en jij doet het goed.
  • Elke maand verwerk je lonen en sociale bijdragen, zodat personeelsadministratie en boekhouding netjes op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Het debiteurenbeheer is van jou, inclusief rechtstreeks overleg met klanten over openstaande saldi. Vriendelijk maar duidelijk, dus.
  • Periodieke afsluitingen doe je samen met een directe collega, in een werkritme dat voorspelbaar is. Geen vrijdagavond-paniek omdat iemand iets vergat.

Profiel:

  • Een bachelordiploma in accountancy, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een zestal jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Vertrouwdheid met een ERP-pakket zoals Business Central of Navision: wie dat al kent, is meteen productief.
  • Je werkt precies en zelfstandig, gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, intern en met klanten.
