The posting

Je komt terecht in een dynamische en professionele organisatie binnen de mobiliteitssector, waar kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. In deze rol combineer je operationele accounting met financiële analyse en procesoptimalisatie, en draag je bij aan de betrouwbaarheid van de financiële rapportering.

  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte maandafsluiting.
  • Uitvoeren van afsluitboekingen, analyseren van rekeningen en uitvoeren van reconciliaties, inclusief intercompany.
  • Nauw samenwerken met controlling om de kwaliteit van de cijfers te garanderen.
  • Instaan voor maandelijkse rapportering onder BE GAAP voor consolidatiedoeleinden.
  • Voorbereiden van de statutaire jaarrekening en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse financiële analyses en vertalen van cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten voor stakeholders.
  • Boeken van facturen, kassa’s en uitvoeren van account reconciliaties, onder meer voor stock en claims.
  • Goedkeuren van aankoopfacturen vanuit accountingperspectief.
  • Waken over de naleving van accountingrichtlijnen en interne controleprocedures.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van externe audits.
  • Detecteren van procesverbeteringen en voorstellen van concrete oplossingen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, finance of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Drie tot vier jaar ervaring in accounting, financiële rapportering of audit.
  • Grondige kennis van BE GAAP en IFRS.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en de capaciteit om complexe materie helder te maken.
  • Resultaatgericht, proactief en gericht op verandering en verbetering.
  • Communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Ervaring met Venice en/of SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans en/of Engels.
