The posting

Tussen de drukte van de Brusselse binnenstad en de energie van de stad van Manneken Pis bevindt zich een accountancykantoor waar alles draait rond expertise, samenwerking en vooruitdenken. Geen stoffige fiduciaire waar iedereen gewoon “zijn dossiers doet”. Wel een omgeving waar accountants inhoudelijk worden uitgedaagd, waar digitalisering écht geïntegreerd zit in de werking en waar mensen met ervaring ook effectief gehoord worden. De klantenportefeuille is bijzonder gevarieerd en brengt de nodige complexiteit met zich mee. Dat betekent: interessante dossiers, internationale accenten, strategisch meedenken en voldoende uitdaging om je niveau scherp te houden. De sfeer? Professioneel, maar zonder overdreven formaliteiten. De verwachtingen liggen hoog, maar de ondersteuning ook. Je komt terecht in een sterk uitgebouwd team dat draait als een goed afgestemde machine en collega’s die weten waarmee ze bezig zijn en elkaar vooruithelpen wanneer nodig.

Functieomschrijving Als Senior Accountant beheer je een eigen portefeuille van uitdagende dossiers van A tot Z. Je wordt betrokken in adviesverlening en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel klanten als collega’s.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beheer van complexe vennootschaps- en fiscale dossiers
  • Klanten adviseren rond fiscaliteit, optimalisaties en groeivraagstukken
  • Opmaak en controle van btw-aangiftes, jaarrekeningen en afsluitingen
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van junior collega’s binnen het team
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere processen en digitalisering

Je hoeft hier niet meer te bewijzen dat je basiskennis hebt. Ze zoeken iemand die dossiers begrijpt. Klanten begrijpt, maar ook perfect weet wanneer kwaliteit belangrijker is dan snelheid. Wat ze graag zien:

  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen accountancy/fiduciaire
  • Sterke kennis van fiscaliteit en vennootschapsdossiers
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook sterk in team
  • Digitale tools en moderne software schrikken jou niet af
  • Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid, adviesverlening en klantencontact
