Voor onze klant, een sterk groeiende onderneming in Gent, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Accountant met de capaciteiten om te groeien naar Accounting teamlead. Je komt terecht in een team van 4 Accountants waarbij je fungeert als rechterhand/vertrouwenspersoon van de CFO.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO. Bij gezonde ambities is er een mogelijkheid tot doorgroei naar Accounting Teamlead waarbij je gaat fungeren als tussenpersoon/vertrouwenspersoon van de CFO.

Als Senior Accountant komt je terecht in een dynamisch team van +- 4 Accountants en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Zelfstandig voeren van de algemene boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Verwerken en controleren van provisies en afschrijvingen
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opmaken en neerleggen van jaarrekeningen en jaarverslagen
  • Ondersteunen bij externe audits
  • Opmaken en indienen van vennootschapsaangiftes
  • Indienen van diverse aangiftes en fiches
  • Actieve rol in het optimaliseren van processen en automatiseringsinitiatieven, waaronder het verkennen en inzetten van nieuwe tools zoals AI-toepassingen
  • Samenwerken met AP/AR, controlling en andere stakeholders binnen finance
  • Aanspreekpunt van externe stakeholders.
  • ...
  • Een opleiding genoten in Accountancy, Finance, Economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent iemand ondernemend en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent vlot in de communicatie aangezien je met heel wat stakeholders in contact komt.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van BE GAAP
  • Je hebt een goede BTW-kennis
  • Je denkt actief na over efficiëntere werkmethodes en neemt nieuwe processen snel op.
  • Je hebt een sterke digital mindset: interesse in automatisatie, nieuwe technologieën en geoptimaliseerde processen
  • Kennis van Exact Online en Silverfin is mooi meegenomen.
