Een job als Senior Accountant is vandaag meer dan dossiers beheren alleen. Je wil kunnen adviseren, groeien én werken in een omgeving waar mensen centraal staan. Dat is precies waar wij elke dag het verschil maken.

Je komt terecht in een modern en digitaal boekhoudkantoor met verschillende vestigingen, waaronder een kantoor in Gent. Samen met een team van 60 à 70 collega's ondersteunen we Belgische kmo's met hun boekhouding, fiscaliteit en strategisch financieel advies.

De voorbije jaren investeerden we niet alleen in digitalisering, maar vooral in het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van onze collega's. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een persoonlijke ontwikkelcoach die hen begeleidt tijdens hun eerste maanden. Daarnaast werkt iedereen met een individueel groeiplan, zodat je weet waar je naartoe wil en hoe wij je daarbij ondersteunen.

📈 Jouw uitdaging

Als Senior Accountant ben jij de vertrouwde adviseur van jouw klanten én een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het team.

Je krijgt veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid en denkt verder dan cijfers alleen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • 📁 Beheer van een eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z
  • 📊 Opmaken en afsluiten van jaarrekeningen
  • 🧾 Indienen van btw-, personen- en vennootschapsbelastingaangiftes
  • 🤝 Bespreken van dossiers met klanten en beantwoorden van hun vragen
  • 💡 Adviseren rond fiscale optimalisaties en financiële opportuniteiten
  • 📈 Meedenken over de verdere groei van ondernemingen
  • 👥 Coachen en begeleiden van junior collega's

🎯 Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het begeleiden van klanten én collega's.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • ✔️ Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen accountancy
  • ✔️ Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ✔️ ITAA-titel of bereid deze te behalen
  • ✔️ Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
  • ✔️ Je denkt proactief mee en communiceert vlot
  • ✔️ Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
