Je komt terecht in een groeiende dienstverlenende firma die de boekhoudkundige opvolging voor bedrijven in de technologiesector voor zijn rekening neemt.

Je werkt ter plaatse bij de klant op 2 projecten waardoor je jouw dagen zelf kan invullen. Tegelijkertijd kan je altijd beroep doen op jouw collega's voor extra ondersteuning & vragen. Benieuwd wat je van deze functie kan verwachten? Lees dan snel verder!

Je zal tegelijkertijd op 2 langdurige projecten worden gezet, samen met een Financial Controller waar je dagelijks mee samenwerkt. Intern heb je ook enkele aanspreekpunten, maar ook vanuit jouw werkgever kan je extra ondersteuning verwachten.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer Dagelijkse verwerking van de banken en betalingen Opstellen van credit nota's en versturen van rappels Contact met klanten en leveranciers over boekhoudkundige vragen
  • Maandelijkse verwerking van de btw-aangiftes en Intrastat
  • Voorbereidingen treffen voor de belastingaangifte
  • Verwerken van de maandelijkse, kwartaal en jaarrekeningen
  • Aanspreekpunt bij de audit-processen en ervoor zorgen dat alles in overeenstemming met de regelgeving verloopt
  • Ad hoc projecten binnen de boekhouding en administratie

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor Accountancy en kan al terugkijken op een ruime ervaring binnen de boekhouding
  • Een voorkeur gaat uit naar een ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor, Big 4-omgeving of op projectbasis
  • Je kan vlot in het Nederlands en Engels communiceren
  • Heb je een kennis van Adsolut of Exact Online? Dan heb je een streepje voor! Ook Excel gebruik je elke dag!
  • Je kan je snel aanpassen aan de projecten waar je tewerk wordt gesteld en kan op een autonome basis jouw taken uitvoeren
  • Dynamische aanpak in innovatieve en snel evoluerende omgeving
