Wil je verantwoordelijk zijn voor je eigen klantendossiers, klanten persoonlijk adviseren en tegelijk een ondersteunende rol opnemen binnen het team? Dan is deze functie in regio Aalst misschien wel jouw volgende stap. Je komt terecht in een boekhoudkantoor met een professionele en collegiale werkomgeving. Je krijgt de nodige zelfstandigheid om je dossiers van A-Z te beheren en wordt een vaste gesprekspartner voor klanten. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de begeleiding van junior collega's.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers van A-Z.
  • Je staat in voor btw-aangiftes, fiscale aangiftes, afsluitingen en jaarrekeningen.
  • Je organiseert en voert klantenbesprekingen en bespreekt hun financiële en fiscale situatie.
  • Je begeleidt en stuurt junior collega's en helpt hen groeien in hun functie.
  • Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor complexere dossiers.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je bent in staat om klantendossiers volledig van A-Z zelfstandig te beheren.
  • Kennis van Exact Online is een must.
  • Je vindt het leuk om junior collega's te begeleiden en aan te sturen.
