Voor een groeiend en sterk gedigitaliseerd accountancy- en advieskantoor in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een ervaren accountant. Geen profiel dat in één vast vakje moet passen, maar iemand met kennis van zaken die mee wil bepalen hoe zijn of haar volgende stap eruitziet.

Waar wil jij naartoe?

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, talenten en ambities kan je jouw rol zelf mee vormgeven.

Misschien wil je:

  • zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille beheren;
  • dossiers van A tot Z opvolgen en rechtstreeks bespreken met ondernemers;
  • meer focussen op advies, optimalisaties en klantenbegeleiding;
  • junior collega’s coachen, zonder noodzakelijk een klassieke leidinggevende te worden;
  • je verdiepen in een specifieke sector of expertise;
  • meewerken aan digitalisering en efficiëntere processen;
  • doorgroeien binnen accountancy of advisory;
  • of net bewust kiezen voor een stabiele seniorrol met voldoende ruimte naast het werk.

Je hoeft vandaag dus nog niet exact binnen één vooraf bepaald functieprofiel te passen. We luisteren liever eerst naar jouw verhaal: waar ben je sterk in, wat doe je graag en wat wil je in een volgende job anders zien?

Wat breng jij mee?

Je hebt ervaring binnen accountancy en kan dossiers zelfstandig opvolgen. Je begrijpt de cijfers, maar ook de ondernemer achter die cijfers.

Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, fiscaliteit, economie, rechten of een aanverwante richting vormt een goede basis. Ervaring met boekhoud- en rapporteringstools is uiteraard mooi meegenomen.

Maar jouw motivatie, expertise en verwachtingen zijn minstens even belangrijk als het aantal vakjes dat je kan afvinken.
