De voorbije jaren heeft het kantoor bovendien bewust ingezet op een strategische transformatie. De klassieke uitvoerende rol maakte plaats voor een adviserend model, waarbij medewerkers actief worden begeleid om door te groeien tot volwaardige sparringpartners van ondernemers. Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en inhoudelijke betrokkenheid bij klanten vormen vandaag de kern van de werking.

Daarnaast stimuleren wij doorgroei en groeimogelijkheden op elk niveau. Jouw impact

Als Senior Accountant ben je een inhoudelijke spilfiguur binnen het kantoor. Je beheert dossiers niet alleen correct, maar denkt vooruit, adviseert strategisch en begeleidt klanten bij cruciale beslissingen.

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Opstellen, analyseren en afsluiten van jaarrekeningen en balansen
  • Complexere btw- en fiscale dossiers (personen- en vennootschapsbelasting)
  • Actieve rol in strategische adviesgesprekken met ondernemers
  • Detecteren van optimalisaties op fiscaal, financieel en juridisch vlak
  • Coaching en inhoudelijke ondersteuning van junior en medior collega's
  • Initiëren van verbeteringen in interne processen en digitalisering
  • Actieve bijdrage aan interne overlegmomenten en kennissessies

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, TEW of Handelswetenschappen
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een accountancy- of advieskantoor
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en uitgesproken adviesgerichte mindset
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op
  • Je werkt autonoom, maar gelooft sterk in teamgedreven expertise
