Als Senior Accountant combineer je inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid met een adviserende en coachende rol. Je houdt het overzicht over jouw dossiers, vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten voor klanten en ondersteunt minder ervaren collega's in hun ontwikkeling. Ervaring als coach is daarbij geen vereiste: je krijgt zelf de begeleiding om stap voor stap in die verantwoordelijkheid te groeien.

Wat ga je doen

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Opstellen en finaliseren van jaarrekeningen, fiscale aangiften en financiële rapporteringen
  • Adviseren van klanten bij praktische en strategische financiële vraagstukken
  • Begeleiden van minder ervaren collega's en delen van jouw kennis binnen het team

Wie ben jij

  • Bachelor of master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy, bij voorkeur met een adviserende verantwoordelijkheid
  • Communicatief en gestructureerd, met interesse in coaching en technologische ontwikkelingen
