Klaar voor een functie waarin je zelfstandig kunt werken, maar nooit alleen staat? Voor een accountantskantoor in de regio Herne zoeken we een Medior Boekhouder die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over klantendossiers en tegelijk belang hecht aan een gezonde work-life balance.

Het kantoor maakt deel uit van een groeiende organisatie met vijf vestigingen in Vlaams-Brabant en een team van ongeveer 40 medewerkers. Dagelijks ondersteunen ze een uiteenlopende klantenportefeuille van kmo's, zelfstandigen en ondernemingen met hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.

Je krijgt hier de kans om op termijn een echte vertrouwenspersoon voor je klanten te worden. Dankzij een team van ervaren collega's is er bovendien altijd ruimte voor overleg en ondersteuning.

Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid

Als Medior Boekhouder krijg je de nodigeautonomie om je dossiers zelfstandig te beheren. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en evolueert mee met jouw ervaring.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van de boekhouding van jouw klanten.
  • Het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers gedurende het volledige boekjaar.
  • Het voorbereiden en afwerken van periodieke en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en financiële rapporteringen.
  • Het voorbereiden van fiscale en andere relevante aangiftes.
  • Het bewaken van deadlines en het opvolgen van administratieve verplichtingen.
  • Het beantwoorden van boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen van klanten.
  • Het actief meedenken met ondernemers en hen ondersteunen bij hun financiële administratie.
  • Het delen van je kennis met junior collega's en hen ondersteunen waar nodig.

Je hoeft niet op elke vraag meteen het antwoord te hebben. Samenwerken en kennis delen zijn hier belangrijke onderdelen van de dagelijkse werking.

Wie past binnen dit team?

We zoeken iemand die ondertussen een eerste ervaring heeft opgebouwd binnen accountancy en klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een graduaat of bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit op zak.
  • Je hebt idealiter 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt ownership over je dossiers.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent leergierig en wilt je kennis binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit verder verdiepen.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk om deel uit te maken van een team waarin collega's elkaar ondersteunen.
