Daarom zoeken wij een Senior Accounting Officer die niet alleen zorgt voor een correct en tijdig facturatieproces, maar ook actief bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van onze Order to Cash-organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Accounting Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correct, tijdig en beheerst facturatieproces en de bijbehorende financiële verwerking van omzetgerelateerde transacties. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamlead Order to Cash en speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de gehele Order to Cash-keten. Je bewaakt het totaaloverzicht over het facturatie- en omzetverwerkingsproces en zorgt ervoor dat contractuele afspraken op een juiste en consistente wijze worden vertaald naar facturatie en financiële administratie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen Sales, Operations, Customer Delivery en Finance, waardoor je volledig zicht hebt op wat er speelt binnen de end-to-end processen. Daarnaast ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen en disputen met betrekking tot onjuistheden in facturen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze meldingen op de juiste plek binnen de organisatie terechtkomen en bewaakt een tijdige en correcte afhandeling, zowel door jezelf als door betrokken afdelingen. Daarbij houd je regie op het proces en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening richting de klant. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en zorgt voor een juiste verwerking van omzetgerelateerde posten, aansluitingen en onderliggende documentatie.
