The Lean Six Sigma Company Nederland - Voor Professionals Selecteer training Lean Black Belt Green Belt Green Belt Groepscoaching Workshops Lean Six Sigma voor Organisaties Webinar Overige - Over ons - Kenniscentrum Jij begrijpt de procesverbetering- en organisatievraagstukken van je klant, en weet wanneer onze (Master) Black Belts moeten aanschuiven voor de inhoudelijke diepte. Jij blijft altijd in de lead van de klantrelatie - geen accountmanager die alleen trainingen verkoopt, maar een verbinder die de klant naar een duurzame oplossing brengt. Wat ga je doen? ● Je beheert en bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit: je kent je klanten, signaleert kansen en zet die om in vervolgopdrachten. ● Je bouwt zelfstandig nieuwe business op: via je eigen netwerk en referrals, het opvolgen van binnenkomende leads, en zichtbaarheid via events en content. ● Je volgt binnenkomende aanvragen op - voor trainingen, coaching en workshops - en vertaalt die naar een passende offerte. ● Je schrijft mee aan aanbestedingen en reageert op tenders. ● Je haalt meer uit bestaande klanten: vervolgopdrachten, cross-sell naar andere afdelingen of locaties, en het tijdig borgen van vervolgoffertes en -budgetten. ● Je beoordeelt zelf wanneer een klantvraagstuk om de inhoudelijke diepte van een (Master) Black Belt vraagt en organiseert die ondersteuning - jij blijft in de lead van de klant. ● Je denkt mee over onze marketingaanpak en werkt die samen met sales support verder uit. Wie ben jij? ● Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, adviserende rol, bij voorkeur in de zakelijke dienstverlening. ● Je begrijpt procesverbetering en organisatievraagstukken: je doorgrondt het probleem van een klant en ziet hoe Lean Six Sigma daar op korte en lange termijn een oplossing voor biedt.
