Je ontwikkelt bestaande klanten, opent deuren bij nieuwe organisaties en helpt tegelijkertijd onze commerciële werkwijze verder te professionaliseren. We zoeken geen beheerder van een bestaande portefeuille, maar een ervaren commerciële professional die relaties verdiept, kansen creëert en structuur aanbrengt. Iemand die zelf verkoopt én helpt bouwen aan een voorspelbaar commercieel proces. Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met bestaande en nieuwe klanten en ontwikkelt een eigen klantenportefeuille. - Je doorgrondt ambities en uitdagingen van klanten en vertaalt die samen met onze strategen, consultants, designers en developers naar relevante digitale oplossingen. - Je signaleert actief kansen voor nieuwe opdrachten, cross-sell en upsell en zorgt voor concrete opvolging. - Je voert strategische klantgesprekken, coördineert commerciële trajecten, pitches en voorstellen en blijft na opdrachtverlening betrokken als commercieel aanspreekpunt. - Je ontwikkelt actief new business via je eigen netwerk, gerichte marktbenadering, events en samenwerking met collega's binnen de bredere Indicia-organisatie. Je bouwt ook mee aan onze commerciële aanpak: Onze commerciële organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling. Er zijn sterke klantrelaties, mooie referenties en veel expertise om op voort te bouwen. Tegelijkertijd ligt nog niet ieder commercieel proces vast. Dat is nadrukkelijk onderdeel van jouw opdracht. - Je helpt klantsegmentatie, accountplannen en commerciële prioriteiten verder vorm te geven. - Je brengt discipline in CRM, pipeline, opportunitymanagement en forecasting. - Je helpt commerciële ritmes en accountreviews in te richten die werken in de praktijk. - Je versterkt de samenwerking tussen commercie, Pr...
