Onafhankelijk advies is de basis van de dienstverlening, waarbij deze organisatie met haar brede portfolio als ICT-partner fungeert. Hierdoor zijn zij in staat een bijdrage te leveren aan uw bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Functieomschrijving Jouw klantenbestand bestaat uit het hogere MKB marktsegment. Je positioneert deze organisatie als leverancier van oplossingen die voorzien in de volledige ICT-behoefte van de klant. Jouw taak is om, in samenwerking met een specialist, probleemstellingen te vertalen naar oplossingen. De oplossingen zijn onderverdeeld in verschillende diensten: cloudoplossingen, ICT-onsite, verbindingen, telecom, applications en beheer. In deze functie geef je advies over een combinatie van deze diensten. Algemeen : Je communiceert dagelijks met de aan jou gekoppelde binnendienstmedewerker over lopende zaken. Daarnaast zorg je dat verkochte trajecten zorgvuldig overgedragen worden aan projectmanagement. Klantportfolio : Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten in jouw portfolio en zet acties op om jouw klanten pro-actief te informeren. Tevens geef je jouw klanten advies over de optimalisatie van hun bedrijfsnetwerk. Je bent actief bezig met het uitbreiden van je klantportfolio, je creëert new business voor het bedrijf.
