Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Senior Accountmanager Verzekeringen beheer en ontwikkel je je eigen portefeuille van ondernemingsklanten. Je adviseert bedrijven rond risicobeheer en verzekeringsoplossingen, bouwt sterke langetermijnrelaties uit en wordt een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor jouw klanten. Dankzij de ondersteuning van een ervaren team kan jij je focussen op advies, groei en business development. Bovendien krijg je de kans om actief mee te stappen in een uniek partnershipmodel, in loondienst of als zelfstandig partner.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken meerdere ervaren profielen die zich herkennen in onderstaande:

  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector (makelaar, accountmanager corporate…)
  • Je beschikt over een sterke bestaande klantenportefeuille en netwerk binnen ondernemingen
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken commerciële mindset en weet opportuniteiten te detecteren en te verzilveren
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een warm, mensgericht leiderschap en respect voor collega's
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis binnen één of meerdere verzekeringsdomeinen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar autonomie, samenwerking en ondernemersschap centraal staan
