Bij Arnold & Siedsma zoeken we een ervaren Accounts Receivable Specialist die eigenaarschap neemt over het volledige debiteurenproces. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van openstaande facturen, maar denkt ook actief mee over optimalisaties, rapportages en verdere professionalisering van onze financiële processen. In deze rol krijg je veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om zichtbaar impact te maken binnen een internationale organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Accounts Receivable Specialist ben jij dé expert op het gebied van debiteurenbeheer binnen meerdere nationale en internationale entiteiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het zelfstandig beheren en optimaliseren van het volledige debiteurenproces; - Het actief opvolgen van openstaande facturen en betalingsachterstanden; - Het maken van betalingsafspraken en onderhouden van professioneel klantcontact; - Het signaleren en beperken van krediet- en betalingsrisico's; - Het analyseren van ouderdomsrapportages en het adviseren over vervolgstappen; - Het coördineren van externe incassotrajecten en bewaken van resultaten; - Het samenwerken met interne stakeholders om tijdige facturatie te waarborgen; - Het ondersteunen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - Het verbeteren, automatiseren en verder professionaliseren van Accounts Receivable-processen, controles en rapportages.
