Voor Jelle zoeken we een Accountspecialist Senior in Rotterdam. Jij werkt met een aantal van onze belangrijkste bestaande klanten en bent regelmatig bij hen op locatie aanwezig. Als Accountspecialist Senior bij Jelle ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van een aantal van onze belangrijkste bestaande klantrelaties. Je bent regelmatig bij klanten op locatie aanwezig en kent daardoor hun organisatie, operatie en personeelsbehoefte goed. Je schakelt met verschillende contactpersonen binnen de klantorganisatie, van planners en teamleiders tot HR en management. Daardoor weet je wat er speelt en kun je tijdig inspelen op veranderingen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze dienstverlening, houdt zicht op bezetting, instroom, uitstroom en klantafspraken en zorgt ervoor dat signalen vanuit de klant en de werkvloer snel worden opgepakt.
