Over Swinkels Administraties BV Al meer dan 40 jaar ondersteunt Swinkels Administraties BV zowel bedrijven als privé personen bij de administratie. Van het verwerken en inboeken tot het opstellen van jaarwerk, zij zijn de adviseur die meedenkt. Na een inwerkperiode wordt je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten en ga je deze klanten zelfstandig bedienen, waarbij je natuurlijk altijd kunt rekenen op de ondersteuning door collega's. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de klant en geeft hem gevraagd maar zeker ook ongevraagd advies. Verder ga jij: - administratie verwerken; - BTW aangiften opstellen; - jaarrekeningen maken; - klanten adviseren en ondersteunen; - VPB & IB aangiften opstellen; - contact hebben met overheidsinstellingen, banken e.d.. Functie eisen Automatisering is natuurlijk niet meer weg te denken, maar wij vinden persoonlijk contact met onze klanten zeer belangrijk. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn dan ook belangrijk, je kunt je inleven in de werk- en denkwijze van de klant. Verder vragen wij van jou: - je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau; - je hebt enkele jaren ervaringen in een soortgelijke functie; - je bent ondernemend en je bezit een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - je bent collegiaal en hulpvaardig.
